How long to wait for pvt

Right now I believe, since you have not taken the exam, it should say 'scheduled'. After you take it, it will change to 'delivery successful' probably about an hour or so after you finish.

I recall someone saying that she and a friend tested together, so both did the PVT together; the PVT said they had both passed if you want to call a pop up that says you can't register again a 'pass'.

That said, I haven't heard of anyone me personally, to date who has gotten the good pop up AFTER 24 hours and had it 'turn bad'. If you wait out at least 24 hours I did the PVT a few hours after completing the exam just to see what it would be. I received the good pop up last Monday. I saw no point of waiting 24hrs because Florida BoN had me down for passing on their website less than 24 hours after the exam.

That part is likely the key rather than simply the message, but they usually go together. Sure enough a few days later I saw my official license pop up on the board of nursing website. I believe in the PVT! I think this is the big differentiator. I did the best I possibly could but still felt so defeated.

In Virginia where I live, all my friends and I just kept checking the state board of nursing website and doing a license lookup until we saw our license pop up.

It usually takes a couple of days, but I hear some states like California take way longer because their bureaucracy is a lot slower at processing everything. Thanks Dave!
